Hello Twin Creeks Members,
Today's message is to serve as a notice that there will be a Board Meeting at the Tunk Valley Grange this Saturday the 13th at 11:00 am. The agenda subject will be to discuss moving the Dues billing date to coincide with the Association's fiscal year, June 1st - May 31st. We will also discuss moving the meeting date from June to May to allow for budget approval prior to Billing being sent out.

We will be holding an HOA Board meeting on Saturday April 12, 2025 @ 10:am at the Tunk Valley Grange.
We will be discussing the 2025- 2026 budget and the agenda for our upcoming members meeting.
This announcement is made per Article VI of our bylaws.
