The Board has the responsibility to run the “business” of the Association to the best of our ability. That is all. We are not a policing agency and we are not Game Wardens. In the event any Member has problems of a civil nature such as; open fires during bans, trespassing, tree thieves, unsafe firearms, neighbor problems, etc. it is the responsibility of the Owner to contact the proper authority by dialing 911. The Board can not and will not respond to these types of issues but we will do as mandated and enforce the bylaws and covenants to the best of our ability.
